MEAMA Headquarters put the team on the global architectural map. The transformation of an industrial building into a visitor destination — a dramatic facade that changes appearance throughout the day, a carefully choreographed flow from entrance through production to café, and the integration of hospitality into a working factory.
Built with a team representing 7 countries, the project attracted 30,000 monthly visitors and achieved recognition through 6 international awards. The project that put Giorgi Khmaladze's name on the international stage.
The technology arm made physical — the most distributed hotel operation in the region. With 3 locations in Tbilisi and 128 rooms, it operates with zero front desks, smart check-in and check-out, and AI-managed amenities, security, room service, and guest touchpoints.
This is not hospitality software adapted for homes. It is home management software proven at hotel scale first. The same operational system that runs the hotels now powers Homes+. Episode Hotels is the first fully digital hotel in Georgia.
